There is no terminal end for connecting it to a car battery, which would allow it to be used in a car. Alternatively, it can also connect to a solenoid or starter. Its end is more suited to a motorcycle or ATV battery. I hope this helps, have a great day!
The battery cables are simply 20" long. In some cases, the ends will need to be modified based on the My trolling motor batteries were able to be extended/converted from 12v to 24v with my extension cord.
There is a claim that the copper is stranded. During my testing, I did not make any changes.
There is a flexible wire in the wire.

For my RV, I am going to use these as a battery cut off switch. As I've already documented how the switch works, I won't go over it again. There was no way for these things to While the cable length was long enough for the battery terminal, the hole at the end of the thing was too small. When I reached the end of my swearing session, I decided to drill out the hole to make it bigger. Since I was already into it, I decided to screw with it. It was stupid of you to do that. The drill bit bound up on the drill bit when I put it down in the hole and started drilling. I was sliced by the other end of it as it spun around at warp speed. That's why I swore more than I originally intended. When I told my 12 year old son what I had done, his eyes got really big, and he slid away to his mother to tell her. I pulled out some pliers and put them on the other end of the cable while I drilled. Eventually, the bleeding stopped. As you might expect, neither of these methods did much good In fact, it just ripped the pliers out of my hand, and I was punched in the arm this time. There was more It took me a while to drill holes and put the damn things on the batteries so I could turn the power off. I cleaned off the blood from the side of the camper, and the system worked as it was supposed to.
They are heavy duty. A very good set of The cables were designed for use between the battery and the inverter, but I used them to connect two RV batteries in parallel. Although I knew I had to drill out the smaller ends (for the inverter side) in order for them to fit the battery posts, I planned for that and it did not surprise me at all. The wires are all copper, and both the stranded wires and their connectors have been tinned to create a corrosion-free connection. A great product at a great price.
In any case, not with the terminals that come with them. Battery posts are not present on vehicles this small to the best of my knowledge. You can either snip off a terminal and replace it with a conventional clamp, or you can snip off one of the existing terminals. Instead of going through that, you could purchase the same thing but with the appropriate terminal clamps already installed for a fraction of the cost. I got these so that I could remount the battery on my Bombardier Outlander ATV, so I could more easily access it. They work well for riding mowers, snow machines, and other machines of the like. Now, it is so much easier to charge the battery or start another machine from a jump start. While the cables and terminals are heavy enough to handle machines of this type, they are also pliable enough to make a fairly tight bend if necessary. You should keep in mind how a few bends can impact the overall length of a cable when you buy a set.
You'll save time and effort if you don't get out your wrench!.
With this set of cables, I replaced the original battery cables on my 1985 Craftsman tractor. This is very happy news for me, as these cables are exact OEM replacements (they are a little longer though than the OEM cables). It is a perfect match between the two terminals. I had to replace the OEM set because it had become brittle and became chaffed in a hidden spot where it rubbed against the chassis. In order to access the starter solenoid on the right hand side of the compartment, you need to take a few more minutes.
As the item's name suggests, these cables are used to connect to a medium-voltage inverter. The inverter is connected to a battery bank, so we can make AC power available at various points around the Though I'd prefer a smaller gauge, they are still quite fine no matter how they're applied It is made using quality materials and should last a long time The electrical loads I put on them don't matter as long as I pay attention to.
would like to use these on a battery kill switch for my camper. Within seconds of turning on the kill switch, the cables melted and my battery was completely wiped out! The holes on the ends are even not the same size. One screw is able to connect to nothing because it has holes that are too small. To make them fit, I had to drill them out. It's better to get cables elsewhere that are better quality.
When I purchased this product, it was suggested as a battery cut-off gauge for the exterior of my home It turned out that the wire ends of the off switch I bought were too small and I had to drill them out so that the studs on the switch would fit. Except for that, the product is well-made and of high quality.
