"As shown" is what is shown here. It is just the cover for the reservoir.
The answer is not clear. However, I find that it still works after 4 years on my 2000 Ford Focus
Sorry, that won't work.
Interested in Windstar, but not sure what it is? The one I put on my 2004 F150 with a 5 spd is a 7 psi. The engine fitted perfectly and was a 4L unit.

This was a perfect match.
It's a power steering cap, I don't think I need to say anymore. The rubber tie that would keep it from falling has nothing to attach to on my 2009 F150, so it was cut off. It screwed on, but I cut off the rubber tie to hold it from falling.
No leaks from the cap thanks to the exact fit.
Replacing a cap that went missing was a good decision.
The value for money is at least a third of the cost of OEM. This cap fits like the original Ford product. It was made of the same thick material as the OEM caps, not a cheap replacement!.
This is a much better version than the original. I find the strap on the new cap to be better than the original one. Previously, the original was made of hard plastic, which broke easily after a few removals, but the replacement is made of I'm at a loss for words!.
The perfect fit.
