How well do these fit the D21 king cab 2WD?

I did install these on a 1993 Nissan Hard Body (D21) extra cab that has leaf springs on its rear. A hacksaw is necessary in order to remove the old sleeve, the new ones fit well and provide a smooth

How much is this set able to accomplish on both sides, both ends of the leaf springs, and both ends of the shackle?

You're right, that's true. Although it is a lot of work, it is worth it in the end

It was only four of the right parts that I received

There were two different sizes of rear bushings and only 4 bushings fit my truck, the front lower bushing from the leaf spring and the rear lower and upper bushings from the rear.
