This product was bought as a protector for my bunny, who chews on the cords a lot. Fortunately, this has provided some protection so far the cord is still intact, but the bunny has gotten through the tube a few times. It is possible that the tubing will need to be replaced on occasion, but that would be better than replacing an actual macbook charger frequently. The product I did not receive was not advertised to me, so I cannot comment on its official use.

This item does not last very long

Compared with my expectations, this wire loom isn't as durable as I thought it would be. There are no metal parts or screws on it. The material is thin and brittle. Comparing it with a drinking straw made of disposable plastic makes sense to me. This product would not be suitable for use in an engine compartment or another area subject to high temperatures. I use it to reinforce and protect trailer wires, and in that situation, I had to reinforce it with electrical tape as well. My disappointment is great.

A name that I already trust and that is easy to use! For my air filter, Spectre has been a name I trust for a while, so it was an easy decision to choose this brand

It took me only a few minutes to replace old and corroded looms under the canopy of my vehicle. You will need to replace them after a few years since they tend to become old. I had to take off the old ones when I tried to remove them. Even if it costs a few more dollars to do, it's worth it since I hate working on the electrical on a car.

I got this wire loom instead of the garbage I get at my local parts store and the quality was excellent. There is much more thickness and strength to it.

When I bought it to protect the electric cord from animals chewing, I instead used it to direct the cord across different surfaces. It was a more attractive alternative to "just" running a zip cord from an electric fireplace wall to the ceiling. As a matter of fact. The way it was laid out kind of gave the impression that it was.
