Throughout the inspection process, each unit is carefully disassembled and disassembled again. The quality of each component is inspected, remanufactured or replaced, resulting in that component's consistently reliable

Adding a special component cleaning process ensures that the throttle bore surface is not deformed, so optimal airflow is ensured

In addition, high and low integrated throttle position sensors are tested continuously over the entire operational range of the vehicle to ensure that they match OE characteristics final assemblies are tested for all critical functions, such as response time and airflow at multiple points during the testing process.

Remanufactured parts are more environmentally friendly as most of the energy and raw materials used to make a new one is reduced

Is it equipped with a new gasket?

It appears this does not come with a gasket because we were unable to send it the other day.

I never got the module to work

Even though the module appeared to be new, the car started and stopped immediately at least 20 times. It was impossible to follow the instructions in the service manual since the car turned off immediately every time. In spite of this, I recently purchased a new one and it works perfectly. It was disappointing because I had had positive experiences with A1 Cardone remanufacturer parts previously.
