The result is good, but some modifications need to be made

It's been on a 2005 CTS-V since I installed it As a whole, I am very happy with V. Despite the fact that I do not consider myself to be a Gearhead, the installation took me about an hour and a half. Despite some modifications (additional bending/shaping) of the brackets that came with the unit, I was able to use it for the intended purpose I felt a little hassled by this. As far as performance is concerned, It does sound different, more aggressive, from the engine compartment when the intake is opened. It seems there is a noticeable difference when applying pressure to the throttle hard, and you can hear the sound of more air flowing into the engine when driving in neutral or gear. In my opinion, I have also noticed a little uptick in mid-September When driving, torque is distributed through the entire range. There is more 'get out of it' in their car There is an increase in mid-range revs compared to the lower range. It is wonderful that the stock intake is available. Nevertheless, I have not had the vehicle on a dyno to measure any actual power or gauge any changes in fuel consumption, so any observations regarding power are purely my perception as opposed to actual measurements. This sounds great, installed easily, and exactly what I was looking for! The product I bought was for a 2004 Cadillac CTS-V Within 15 minutes, I had set up V on my own

Fits perfectly and was easy to install. Only issue is that it makes a loud noise at a certain rpm but I am sure that if I investigate more I can fix it. Sounds are mixed more well when cruising, but not particularly loud when under heavy engine loads, which is when you want to unleash the power of the engine. Excellent product for the price. The instructions were clear and easy to understand.

I doubt it had any effect on performance as the instructions were clear and the product was good quality. Save up and opt for a tune instead of the knn filter.

The unit installed quickly and without any issues. All the parts were matched perfectly, making the conversion from OEM to K&N simple. After the install, an increase of significantly more horsepower was measured on the dynamometer compared with before. It was great working with you guys!.
