It's a universal screw-in style, which means it'll fit any motor with a screw-in oil pan. It comes straight as shown in the picture, so you'll have to bend it to fit, and the mounting bracket will almost certainly have to bend as well.

Sikky's solution for help was to clean the dip stick, but that didn't solve either problem. I placed an order for this, and both issues were resolved. It only took a little bending to get it to fit, but there were no leaks, and the locking keeps it from popping up during WOT. It's a ten out of ten and it's simple to set up.
