My favorite part of these stands is that they hold cylinder heads securely in place. Despite their well made construction, these stands look to be more than capable of providing years of service in the workshop or garage. Several SBC cylinder heads were fitted with springs when they were installed. I would recommend this.

Having these on hand makes it a lot easier to work with our BMW cylinder heads. In fact, they hold up even the wonky N52 valvetronic heads without problems.

This is so cool! The cylinder head holder is an extremely useful tool to have when doing a valve job or simply for storing the cylinder head after it's been removed or before it's been mounted.

Keeping the design simple makes it very effective. Correctly used, it supports the cylinder head as it is supposed to and is very stable.
