There is no chance of that happening. In the event of the power being removed, the solenoid will open once again. Line locks will have to be purchased separately
The base model does not have bleeders.
There is no lock just on the line. Buying a switch that is suitable for your application allows you to save time and money.
You can fit it next to the lever for locking the front brakes, so just use an on/off rather than a momentary on/off Depending on how long you want it active, it might last awhile. The electric solenoid should work as long as your stock parking brake does when used in conjunction with the solenoid. If you put a fuse in line, that should assist if it overheats. As a drag racer, I only use it for burning out my water box and it lasts only a few seconds at a time.

As a parking brake while using a winch on a first generation 4runner, use these. In this way, all four tires are locked and the engine is running in order to keep the When I turn on my lockers, there is a 3500 pound anchor that won't move. Additionally, I like how I can activate the brakes before even stopping, so as soon as I apply brakes and pull into a parking space, the pressure remains even though the brakes are applied. My brake lines were cut and the Swagelock fittings were installed, simply by cutting and installing. Once you have the line lock installed, loosen all the swagelocks and tighten them. When I first heard about swagelocks, I wasn't too sure, but after using them once, I have grown fond of You can get them from LCE for a reasonable price in 3/16.
Even after trying to lock the front brakes with the seal inside, it swelled before it could be used for intended purpose. It took cracking a bleeder screw to release the pressure on the caliper so that the vehicle could be driven.
Designed for use with farm vehicles as a parking brake. Batteries would eventually go dead, so it's not ideal for parking for an extended period of time. But it will hold the truck on a hill while you load it. Rather than find a drive shaft brake that would have cost too much to replace, this was a cheap fix.
Just went to order another one and the price increased while it was in my basket. Not cool. I bought several of these from Amazon previously and just went to order another and the price increased. Despite the reduction in price, Summit Racing's price for the same item is still higher. As a result, I think I need to rethink all my Amazon purchases. While most brake locks are used during racing, I think they are a necessity when it comes to off-road driving When using a winch, you need to pay attention to the road. While I'm working on my winch, I can lock down my brakes, and the truck will not move until the job is done. There is one for the front and two for the rear brakes. Not only did Amazon jack up the price while I had it in my shopping cart, but Summit Racing and Biondo's own website are selling them for less as well. Amazon is the only way I'll get another from them if they go back to the old price. Otherwise, they lose a customer as I probably would have bought directly from Biondo where I would get lower prices and better customer service.
Great price. I have never used a solenoid that has been I find it to be very useful. In my way of using it. Hold the button while you are at the water box. The brakes should be pumped. Press the button and let it go after the burnout.
I hooked it up in line with my front brakes.
It had leaks straight from the box, not like the Hurst solenoid that costs twice as much and leaked from the bottom plug right out of the package. I look forward to seeing how this performs when burned out. I am very happy with this product so far.
Everything went according to plan.
