By changing the location of the wheel mounting point a. Our engineers were able to achieve a 2-3" lowering without affecting any other suspension or steering geometry, including the shock absorber, by raising the spindle pin higher on the spindle casting.

Depending on the application, Belltech Drop Spindles have a drop of 2 or 3 inches.

There were two spindles included in the package.

Will this fit a base model S10 from 1998 with two doors? 2 manual litee 5 speed?

I can not say for certain but I can say that my S10 is a 201989 with a V6 engine and they fit very well . I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.

Regrettably, I had to modify the control arms in order to use it on my car

When I installed the drop spindles, I had to grind away a portion of the upper outer lip to allow the spindle to clear and turn without touching or grinding against the top of the spindle. In order for the spindle to turn completely to the right, I had to grandbr>a portion of the lower passenger control arm. br>br>They're well made and packaged, but I didn't get the full 2 inch drop, instead receiving 1. 5 inches. br>br>Because the product did not live up to my expectations, I gave it a three-star rating. A 1979 Hurst Oldsmobile was fitted with these.

Without the one tab, it fits perfectly

Except for one small tab that prevents my Hawk brake pad from sitting properly in the groove, the spindle fits perfectly in my 2003 Chevy S10 2wd truck. To get the pad to fit on the spindle, I had to grind it down a bit. Not bad, but I'm not sure if it would work with other pads because I've only used these. Otherwise, the truck is in excellent condition, and everything else is in perfect working order.

Fits the G body of the General Motors

My vehicle was a perfect fit for it. These spindles do not fit the GM G - according to Amazon's information. vehicles with a body Without a doubt! These, in my opinion, are the most effective way to achieve a 2-inch drop. They were a perfect fit and had no effect on the geometry of my suspension. In just 3 hours, I had them up and running. Without any problems, I was able to use my backing plates and dust shields. It's possible that this isn't true for all vehicles - However, they are ideal for me. For a 2" drop, I strongly suggest these.

If you know what you're doing, it's not difficult to set up. The drop on my truck is now 3/3. Your sway bar should also be upgraded. It'll be a lot better, believe me.

The word "awesome" sums it up perfectly. Thank you once more, Belltech. These spindles fit my 1992 GMC Sonoma perfectly. They were exactly as described and bolted up without the need for any additional fabrication. I like how the truck sits, and it appears to handle a little better as well. Thank you Belltech for making the transition from stock spindles to Belltech 2" drop spindles so seamless.

Just a heads up, it's not the parts' fault. br>br>I love the quality and can't say enough good things about it. br>br>I wish they came in a different finish than the cheap grey paint, but what can I say, it does the job.

On my 96 S-model, there has been a significant drop. 10 2. 2 pickup they are very high quality, if you think they're going to be shiny they're not, they're like cast steel but very high quality well built definitely worth it over the competition because you don't have to worry about them snapping when you hit a pothole.
