During the past several months, I've completely replaced the air conditioning in Using this refrigerant I was able to cool the refrigerator. It blows cold, that's all I know. As far as I know, there is no difference in the quality of refrigerant out there. Nevertheless, this product works, and it costs a fraction of what other products do. For those of you living in California, I am 100% confident that this is the path to take. Please note With all its bullshit restrictions and fees and fines, and everything else in between, California is no different. The charge for this is not a core charge.
You need to use whatever device you have at hand, only the Lord knows. There was a problem with my hoses. There was no work at my neighbors' houses. It did not work despite me ordering a replacement recommended by Amazon. After I had tried all the other devices and received no results, I eventually had to order one type of adapter to make them work, and in the mean time, I am pretty sure I destroyed one of them. You guys are terrific for being so vague in explaining what is required for your product to be dispensed.
A couple of them would not puncture, so they cannot be used. In the cases where others punctured, the valve kept sealing up and I had to adjust it constantly. There was a lot of pain involved. It was not possible to do this because the buyer has to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. My personal experience got ripped off, but you don't have to be the one to deal with it.
As soon as I had replaced my compressor, accumulator, and filter, I ejected the air and recharged it with R-134a The 134A standard. It was difficult getting the compressor to operate because the pressure in the cans was less than what was required, but after a while it started cycling and the rest of the process was easy. This company worked well, was affordable, and required no stupid deposits!.
Make sure you read all the fine print before you buy! There were no working valves in two of the six cans. My fifth choice, the one I was unable to utilize, was not self-evident I have not been able to stop the leak despite my best efforts, and thus most of the contents have been released into the air. As a result, I wasn't able to fully charge my AC system and I feel I contributed to the further degradation of the environment. I forgot to mention that the cans were National brand, not ZeroR. The company wanted me to pay both return shipping and a 20% restocking fee in order to return the item. I was thankfully refunded my money by Amazon (thankfully, this happened). Nevertheless, it was not as pleasant as it could have been.
It is a product that is great for females to use, but I found it quite difficult to locate a nozzle for it.
You should beware! I agree with the other comments that the self sealing valve on these stinks! There was not enough pressure to fill the gauge above 50 psi after with 3 cans. As a result of the self-sealing valve, the flow of gas seems to be restricted, so a very low pressure is coming out which is not enough for an a/c system in a car. You can just get the regular punctured cans instead of wasting time and money on some expensive containers. There is no way for me to return this product since it is by far the worst I have purchased from Amazon.
