(2) 18oz cans of R134a refrigerant, a reusable can tap with gauge, and two 18oz cans of R134a refrigerant with stop leak are included in the R134a KIT. The full 36 ounces of R134a are sufficient to replenish almost every vehicle, but 18 ounces might not be enough if it is emptied completely.

REMOVE LEAKS - The stop leak in this kit is useful for removing leaks in rubber components like There are no fixes for more severe leaks with this basic stop leak device. There are products available that are even stronger and can repair leaks in metal components like ZeroR Max Seal.

TAP AND GAUGE - Useful for EZ Chill products like the can tap. NOTE This is NOT a universal can tap and cannot be used with common threaded products that use R134a. Try out the ZeroR brand of tools and refrigerants to find the most universal can tap.

It is important to follow the instructions on the product carefully. Connect can to the low side service port of the vehicle while it is running and the air conditioning set to Max Cool. Apply refrigerant to the unit in short bursts, checking the gauge between each dispense for proper charge

Product with questionable quality, but the customer service is excellent

My husband and I own three vehicles, so we ordered this two can set. In the instructions, there is no ambiguity. It is difficult to attach the AC port of the vehicle to the part of the hose that enters the hose. Among the three vehicles we tried, we were able to connect the hose to the port of one of them, and the connection did not It was either very difficult to hold up the ring while simultaneously press the port on, or the hose we had did not fit the port well. Whatever the case, we informed the Seller of the problem, and they resolved it right away. I'm not certain whether we are at fault or whether it was a defective hose. However, we've owned cars for decades and have owned classic cars that we've worked on ourselves (while driving a 1973 Buick LeSabre head gasket replaced awhile ago! ), so I don't think our efforts were not sufficient. Although I think it was the hose, I think it shouldn't deter you from giving it your best shot.
One thing to remember - drain it after you have used it. It is only possible to attach these cans of refrigerant to this You can use a hose of your own, but I do not think you can order this product. There is no way to accomplish that.

You are likely to be fine if all you need is a quick charge. It is important to check the location of the low pressure port on your vehicle before buying Unlike the Acadia and traverse models, the low-pressure port on the Chevy traverse and Acadia is too short, located below the compressor lower on the engine, and between the radiator and engine, and we are unsure of its functionality on any other model. I found the instructions to be simple enough, but when I installed it on my vehicle it appeared to be properly serviced, despite the fact that there was a hole In my case, I replaced the condenser and then pulled a vacuum on the outdoor unit to re fill the air conditioner.

There is a lot of bang for your buck here It says to spray it upright on the instructions, but if you do not spray it upside down, it will not work and the gauge will not function - I've found that if you spray it upside down, it works.

You can get the same service for $175 at a repair shop, so why pay $175? Spend a little time on Youtube and watch a video on your particular car or truk, and you'll save a lot of money.

I am disappointed

Due to the crack on the plastic coupling on the hose that made contact with the can, I was unable to use it. This means that the refrigerant shot through the crack but never made it to the a/c. There is no way I can explain how disappointed I am.
