Would this work with my radiator if I used it at full strength?

I found that the answer to that question is In case it does not work as instructed, you may have other issues. Jeep Cherokee 4 had it and I used it with it. There is no liter of mail on this When used as directed, the application works perfectly. No other product worked for me, even though I tried them all. The 40 Below product is an AMAZING one when used in accordance with directions.
