Are you able to use this product with an auto key cylinder?

This lock cylinder works equally well for household locks as it does for automotive It is only recommended not to use it in an ignition lock cylinder on an auto. I am grateful that he helped me open my door
5/5

That's fine. When I tried to insert my key into the lock, it would not go in and I worried I would have to buy a new deadbolt. That was my last resort and I'm so thankful that it got me through. I shake it so hard it breaks, stabs it with the straw, shoves it into the lock, sprays it until you see black in the lock cuz I know what you're doing will penetrate it all. The answer is yes. We need a few minutes to process your request. Your key needs to be inserted 5 times. The buttery texture makes it easy to apply. I like that. THE BEST. I have no idea what you're talking about. My God, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! It is now possible to get in. There was a part of me that wanted to cry.

It is the best thing to do if you have sticky locks
5/5

It is not a product I use often, but when I need it, it works the best. After a lot of rain like we had here with Hurricane Florence, my exterior door locks tend to give me The key does not go all the way in or the lock does not turn well. All it takes is a little squirt of this into the keyhole and a little on the lock tongue, and it's good to go. Having a paper towel on hand makes it easy to wipe up any excess once you've applied the cream. My experience has shown that this is better than oil or silicone.

I am surprised at how good this is
5/5

I'd really appreciate it if you could no longer complain As a result, it There is chaos. If you don't want to clean up after you, make sure you protect yourself and any areas you don't want this on. And for the sky, you may want to consider this A few drops of isopropyl alcohol will get spots clean quickly and efficiently in case of a falling crowd. I applied it to a Titan doorknob lock that has never worked properly since I bought Several times I took it apart and did not find any problem but the knob would not twist or turn and would not Possibly there are a few parts that are just barely bent or out of alignment Upon assembly, this will cause it to bind. There is no need to worry. I shot the dry lubricant with a couple of shots and it worked like a charm! Despite its simplicity, the twist-turn lock operates more smoothly than ever before. There is no way to put this task back into the job jar in the future. In 2009, Larsen installed a very expensive three-phase electric system It was three days ago when I hooked up the Security Storm door. (Incorrectly) the wife complained about how hard/difficult it was for her to set up the internal latching mechanism. A few appropriate sprays in four different locations and a little repetitive twisting as well and she's happy as a lark. Since the spray's carrier is quite volatile (evaporates rapidly), there is no excess moisture or oil left in treated areas to stain or leak. The result is a thin, dry layer of lubricant that sticks to surfaces and does not shed or flake off, nor does it settle away from its purpose. If you are looking for a lubricant to use on housed cables (bikes, 'cycles, speedometers), locks, interior door hinges, or any small area that you would not use liquid on. Furthermore, it is better than silicone for locks as well. In addition, you can save leftover ink pen housings to sit in a bottle cap, and store straws in them if you lose the spray tube (included). Attach the pen tube to the cabinet or put it in the toolbox by taping or velcroing (whatever works for you). Despite the fact that these items are stored in pen tubes, I have never lost one of them. Please fill out the following information As for the price, it's only a tad steep, but I've experienced a number of graphited products before and this stuff is well balanced.

Despite being a good product, the tube is not good
3/5

had been using this lubricant in squeeze bottles for years, but thought that I would try the compressed propellant variety to really get the lubricant into the nooks and crannies of my electronic equipment. I don't know. There are many positives to be found here In addition, the graphite lubricant has the advantage of being sticky, oily, or whatever sufficient to stay in place for extended periods of time, without draining like an oil would. There is a lot to dislike They say you shove the tube in the lock, but I haven't been able to get it to fit in any of the locks or keyholes I tried, which can lead to graphite splattering everywhere.

There is no better lock than liquid graphite
5/5

The liquid graphite I use for my locks has been around for years. It's better than WD- when it comes to locks It doesn't track dirt and lint, so it's better for 40. I only need a few squirts, and my locks are as good as I just wipe it off with a paper towel if it leaks out of the lock. Don't let it drip on your clothes because it can stain them.

I like it a lot
4/5

I was having a problem with my key getting My story isn't short, but over the past few months I've replaced four locks on my house There are just two interiors that have been replaced. My goal was to make sure the old keys would still work for those two. There was a problem because all of the sticky substances had built up in the lock and I was sure to break my key in it at some point. I was amazed at how well everything worked. I recommend it. It is important to handle straws carefully. This is something you must have. To insert it, I used a small magnifying glass set up for soldering.

It's messier than a normal latch, but it'll work for outdoor locks
3/5

The outdoor locks I purchased were for use with my travel trailer, auto, and other outdoor items. As far as I know, WD is the best Moreover, this is the only lube designed for this purpose. Among the others are white lithium grease, WD-40, and one lube with zinc oxide. The lock's internal mechanism is built specifically for it. Especially for auto keylocks, it is flawed in its implementation, so I gave it three stars. There are two problems with this product 1) the flexible straw does not fit in the nozzle well, so if you do not tape it to the can after use, it WILL fall out. 2) a little bit goes a long way, and you can't control the amount. Even though I wrap old shop rags around the can and the work site, no matter how I organize the job site, black graphite still gets everywhere. In some cases, surfaces tend to wipe clean, in others, they leave a mark. In my opinion, it would be useless It is too much of a risk to mess it up.

A watchful eye is necessary here
3/5

It was supposed to fix a stuck lock, but it ended up not working. The doorknob didn't need to be replaced as it turned out it had to be replaced. The lock ease is not capable of fixing a stuck lock, so I cannot comment. It blew out the lock fluid very forcefully as I used it, but that did not please me. Red straws are too thin to fit into the spray nozzle, and sometimes fall out as they are spraying, leaving nasty lock fluid residue all over. You should use caution while spraying the can because the spray will get everywhere. You may want to wrap it with a plastic bag while you spray it.
