For 7, rings 3 IDIs. These o- Rings were easy to install and appear to be of comparable quality to Motorcraft at a lower cost. I swapped them out on a 94 IDI turbo and everything worked perfectly. Just a tip for you IDI guys: you can use the o- instead of the o-. By removing the rear header and tapping the cooler out through the fenderwell with a piece of 2x4 without jacking the engine up, you can replace the rings without jacking it up. Then pry against the exhaust manifold where the crossover pipe connects to press the cooler into the front header. It'll go in tight, but it'll go with a little lithium grease and some straight firm prying.
On my 1989 F350 with 7 cylinders, I worked to reseal the oil cooler. 3 diesel. Used in conjunction with Fel- Mounting Gasket Set for Pro ES 70689 Oil Cooler br>br>Recently, I used Ford O rings to reseal an oil cooler for a customer. These are the same look, feel, and function as the originals for half the price. br>I will use them again.
