It's pretty tight in there, so I had to remove the front wheel. I am very satisfied with the new part. I had to remove the bushing that came with it, but that was not too difficult. The unit appears to be of high quality.
Exactly what I needed to replace two idler pulleys on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ with air conditioning and power steering.
The noise was fixed with the new part, which fit like factory equipment.
On my 2003 300M special, I had a squealing noise coming from the pulley before installing this. As soon as I had the noise repaired I looked up this pulley it would have been an equivalent to gates. However, no seller ships to Canada, so I did not order gates. If you have any questions, please contact me at riddickfast@hotmail. com. A web-based service.
This fit is exactly what we expected.
It wasn't a bad part, in fact it was a Dayco that I purchased at Autozone. This is because the Amazon filter system that puts up the green banner that says "This Part Fits Your Vehicle" is not always right because I needed a 3 inch pulley and they sent me a 4 inch pulley, which is what they did not even have on the page. A serpentine belt I purchased at the same time was spot on, so it generally works. Therefore, I will construe it less as a product review and more as a consumer advisory.
Thank you very much for all your help this holiday season I appreciate your packaging, shipping and 10% recommendation I appreciate it all. Love you all.
