Is this cleaner only for using with No Toil air filter cleaner or will it result in eliminating other air filter oils as well?

Depending on the situation, but most of them will be removed

Is this product suitable for an air filter in a stock car?

If it is a foam filter, then yes. A factory KTM filter and a NoToil filter are on my bike. Both versions of the app work the same. Any excess filter oil can be easily squeezed out since the oil is fairly thin.

It has taken some toil

It requires some getting used to, but once you are used to, you will love it as much as I do! The tip I have is to spray the oil in a crisscross pattern using an old spray bottle You don't want the oil to run into your airbox if you over oil the filter. Apply the oil in a cross pattern and work it in by hand until you have good even coating.

This product is excellent for cleaning oil and greases, but its grease tube is weak

It has been years since I used this filter oil and cleaner, and it is beyond excellent. I was disappointed by the fact that the rim grease tube base split during the first time I used it. As far as I am concerned, I will buy oil/cleaner combos without grease in the future.

It was a good product

It met my expectations. I didn't use the cleaner since I was on the way to lubricate a new (non-tear) There was also a nice touch with the rim grease.
