Despite being an octane booster and being able to advance the timing in my ecoboost turbocharged Mustang, it also fouled the plugs after just 400 miles, so you might want to consider that.

It is noticeable that performance is different

Performance has improved. A noticeable improvement has been made in gas mileage. A single can per 20 gallons yields more than enough improvement in performance, especially as water becomes more acidic It is zero degrees Fahrenheit.
