Their baggy material makes them comfortable, but they are baggy. You can use these in a pinch if you don't have rain gear and are caught in the rain. In my saddle bags, I keep them, along with rainproof gloves when there is sudden downpour, these come out and keep me dry. Each one has a neat tuck bag separate from the rest of the set, which makes them easy to manage in saddlebags or backpacks. As well as protection from heat, they have a heat-resistant material for contact with the exhaust, which comes in handy, especially during Summer when your pipes feel so hot. I said it was a bit baggy, but no complaints about how they do their jobs Drying and comfortable, these boots keep your feet dry and warm.

It might be enough if the pants are in a light drizzle and you've got a good fling. Although the pants zipper does not open far enough up for you to remove your boots on the side of the highway!.
