A X-size will fit you if you are tall, wide at the waist and broad at the chest Putting on the suit in the waist area is easier when wearing a large suit because there is a lot of room. Plus, the suit has velcro straps and zippers that can be adjusted if and when necessary. Neither the upper nor the lower part of the suit zips together. There is an X-ray on my finger I am 6'0 inches tall and have a waist of 32 inches and a chest of 46 inches. I weigh 185 pounds and the pants are perfect for me.

I have the same size, no belly fat, and a lean build. My 32 inch waist was a little loose in my butt and belly regions, and my legs felt a little long, but I will stuff them in boots. The t-shirt and cycling shorts I wear under a suit are usually tee shirts. In the event you wear thicker clothing like sweatshirts and sweat pants, you may be able to fill in gaps or get smaller sizes. It was a nice suit for the price, so I kept it as well as the Medium Perrini suit I purchased With the expense of padding and protection it's much better for track use, but if you're bigger in chest it will be a little tight with a wallet and a phone in one pocket, otherwise these are terrific items for the price. The old leather I bought at the BMW dealer 20 years ago was $1000 and the quality was about equal or a little better, but not much. I can't beat the price of these now. yet tested these suits on the street or track since I recently had surgery not related to motorcycling, so I am still in recovery for many months or longer, but I will be ready to push them on the track when I am ready.
