Visor of good quality
5/5

This visor is significantly more durable than the one that came with my HJC IS-100. 5 Helmet of Poe Dameron When I first put it on and drove down the highway, it made a lot of noise, so I removed it. One of the snaps, however, had broken off, rendering the visor useless. When I first saw this replacement visor, I noticed that it was not only a little longer, but also a lot more sturdy and thick than the original. This past weekend, I went for a ride and there was no wind noise coming from the visor. Another plus is that the side snaps can be adjusted, making it suitable for almost any helmet with a three-snap visor. Overall, I am pleased with this replacement and would recommend it to anyone looking for one.

Core Vintage Black Visor with an open face
3/5

One of the two I ordered has a visible flaw in the center snap. The trend is to wear visors. Snaps do not snap tightly, come off easily with a slight bump, and could be lost in a gust of wind when meeting oncoming traffic such as large trucks, which is the length I was looking for. One of the two visors had a visible flaw (see photo): the visor on the left, the middle snap was stamped too hard, and the visor could not be adjusted up or down. I tried tightening the fit between the visor and the helmet snaps with small pieces of aluminum foil on the one good visor. It made a difference in a small way. Even so, it's still a little hazy. But what can I do if I don't have any other options? Is it possible to affix them with a glue stick? Never say never, or you'll end up doing exactly what you said you wouldn't do. I bought two and only used one of them, so that's a bummer. I believe I'm owed a visor by them.

It was finally discovered
5/5

For quite some time, I've been on the lookout for one of these visors. It's great that they're still made. Only the tinted visors are available at my local bike shop. The snaps are strong and can be adjusted to fit nearly any helmet with a snap-on visor. The majority of newer half and 3/4 helmets have narrow visors, tinted visors, or no visor at all. Let's face it, while those narrow visors are attractive, they don't provide adequate eye protection. Similarly, the tinted visors reduce sun exposure but do not provide the level of shade I require. The idea of wearing an old-fashioned opaque black plastic visor to help shade my eyes appeals to me. While some may find the style to be unappealing, others may find it to be attractive. I'd rather have the additional shade and comfort.

Over Other Brands, This Is Highly Recommended
5/5

It appeals to me. There is no wind resistance or rattling, and it provides excellent shade. This one appears to be a little longer than the others. On my Road King, I'm using it with a newly purchased Bell 500 Custom Helmet and a 17" windshield. Approximate dimensions: 2. The snaps are adjustable from left to right so they can line up with other helmet snaps, and they're 5" out in the center.

It does a good job of keeping the sun off my face
5/5

I have to wear my prescription glasses for a short period of time, and because my glasses do not have a transition lens, the sun was frying my eyes while I was wearing my 3/4 helmet. I found this visor and had it in my possession in (2) days. br>br>After two days of riding, I am extremely pleased with them because they performed admirably! Riding in direct sunlight was much easier on my eyes, and the small investment was well worth it! br>br>Note that the visor will cause some buffeting in the helmet, which I didn't have before. I wasn't surprised because I expected it to mess with the helmet's aerodynamics. I had to keep the speed below 70mph or the buffeting would make it difficult to see through my glasses. It's not so much a flaw as an FYI.

Bang- for- buck: The price is $10. In every way, it's made of plastic. Except: It'll look great on a Bell or an Arai. snaps are of good quality - appears to be fairly long-lasting - appears to be more cop-like similar to Vespa- In Arizona, however, it is more important to: It changes the last two hours of summer sunlight from near-perfect to near-perfect. non-sensical issue.

A fantastic sun visor for your bike helmet
5/5

I didn't have the right snaps for my helmet, so I drilled out the ones on the visor and screwed it to my bike helmet. The way it looks and the fact that it blocks the sun appeals to me.

It does exactly what it says it will

The visor on my shorty half helmet was about an inch longer than this one. I needed something to help protect my eyes from the sun, and this was exactly what I needed.
