I wanted to take my motorcycle on a 13 day trip with lighter boots. It took them over a week longer than they had anticipated to arrive, so they had no time to get anything else. It was much smaller on the left than it was on the right out of the box. A pair of double socks was worn and the leather was oiled. I finally got it stretched enough so that it did not numb my toes. It is significantly uncomfortable to walk around in this shoe as virtually no cushion covers the ball of your The bags DO NOT contain a waterproof layer. A storm and a rain storm caught us. The first time and the second time, my feet were very wet. It also takes a lot of time to put them on, and they can take a lot of time to take off due to the way they are laced.
