I wouldn't take them out in the middle of a blizzard today, but on my scooter, they've proven to be very reliable. I don't have much against which to judge them, so I'll give them an 8 or 9 out of 10.

What does 90/90/10 mean?

I'm sorry, but I won't be able to respond to you, Jeremy. I ordered the tires as a Christmas present for a friend who owns the scooter on which they fit, so I have no idea what you're asking, let alone how to respond. Sorry.

Is it possible for me to mount it on the front of my 2005 metropolitan scooter?

Yes. It was a perfect fit for the back of my 2003 Metropolitan, and the front and back are the same size.

The Michelin is a good tire that lives up to its name

I'm riding a Honda Elite 110 with this tire, and it stays rounder for longer than other tires (no chopping, which is common with smaller wheels). The condition of the item appears to be good as well. The installation was straightforward, though I was unable to seat the bead without the assistance of a gas station compressor.

Don't put these on a scooter with a 250cc engine! I was expecting a tough, long-lasting tire, but on a 250cc scooter, this tire isn't up to the task

The rear tire has lost 1/32nd of an inch of tread after 2800 miles, and the front tire may last another 500 miles. It may last longer on a smaller scooter than 800 miles, but I'm not sure. From now on, I'll be investing in a Bridgestone Molas tire with the extra cash.

Other tires have issues with balancing, but this one does not. It also arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
