I went cheap and bought shinkos for my 2005 Burgman 650, but they were so bad that I bought a set of these TH01's and had my dealer take out the shinkos and replace them with these. after only a few hundred kilometers on the shinkos The difference in ride quality and overall bike feel is astounding. I'll never buy another low-cost tire again; the peace of mind I get on the highway is worth a few extra dollars.
This tire lasts a very long time. The average mileage per rear tire for me is around 7,500 miles. This will be the third tire out of my original set (definitely a step forward). At a reasonable price, this tire is excellent.
Original tire is a perfect fit and provides a pleasant ride.
Is it still working out in 2019 and 2020? In the year 2019, a good tire was installed. But what if it's worn out after a year? Wth? I'm thinking about going to the dark side because those tires are supposed to last four to five years.
Simply amazing.
On the bike, it looks really good.
