I'd use the cdi box and the spark plug wire. Instead of using a three-prong spark plug, try using a ngk spark plug.
Yes, if the connector is 6 pin.
You must consult the manufacturer's specifications. This is a 6-pin CDI, but only 5 of the pins are in use (one pin is intentionally left empty). To fit your bike, the replacement CDI must be a perfect match.

The coil was a regular coil, so it didn't have a lot of performance, but it did have a good cdi boc. It doesn't appear to be very luxurious. Average.
The CDI box is not working. To diagnose mine as being bad, I swapped out my original CDI for one from my other cart. The coil and wire were included in the order, but the cart did not begin with the new one. It started right up after I put the one from my other cart on it. In addition, the spark plug wire is too short for buggy use.
The CDI box was no longer a problem for me. I also put the new coil to use. I bought a spare set and keep it in my tool bag, which I keep in my scooter at all times. Just in case anything goes wrong.
The CDI appears to function properly; however, the spark plugs and cable do not actually fit together, which is strange given that they were sold together. The spark plugs will fit if the cap is removed and the wire is simply threaded onto the screw, but this is not ideal.
I was able to connect it- It wouldn't start, so I reinstalled the old one. The CDI either works or doesn't work, which is fine. Adding a larger engine to a 50cc scooter is the only way to make it go faster. A well-tuned 50cc engine will only get you 30-35 miles per gallon. 40MPH. That is something that the CDI will not change.
I needed the coil, but I also replaced the CDI unit just to be safe. The spark plug was faulty; it wouldn't light, and there was no spark. The old plug was fine, and the new one is a good value for money.
Everything works and fits well in the package that arrived quickly. However, I'm not sure if I'm noticing any additional horsepower.
Great kit, but the CDI is garbage, and it won't start my dune buggy. I couldn't find a new one, so I had to make do with the old.
