The set I purchased was for a Harley Davidson. So no, they're not going to fit a small block.

I honestly have no idea. They fit my 2000 Sportster 1200 perfectly, but I'm not sure what other bikes they'd work on. If you come across a brand that fits your bike, purchase it. You'll be glad you took the time to do so.

How come there are no results for 8mm or 10mm that fit my roadster? Is there anything available for a 2018 XL200cx?

Used on a HD Sportster from 2004

SHORT is the shorter wire. Unlike stock, it connects the coil to the plug directly, rather than being routed around the block. That's excellent news! The attachment points aren't unique - they're standard. They're an open metal part that you have to manually curve and close to fit your coil and plugs (I used needle nose pliers). It takes some trial and error to get it right, which I wasn't thrilled about. What is the distinction in terms of performance? No clue. However, the cost (which I paid) was reasonable. Insulation thickness of 8mm.
