My helix 150 cc part number is 14226 and I am not sure whether it is dc or not because it has two prongs and one wire. This one seems to work, won't it?

The dc cable has 5 wires if the cdi cable has 5. There are 4 wires on the AC power supply.

They are helpful when I'm not concerned with kick starting a scooter with a dead battery, but I often keep them around for AC to DC conversion. It happened to me several times that the battery would charge, but not enough voltage was sent to the CDI box to spark the ignition. As long as you replace the wire from the power supply pin in the box with one controlled by the battery, then this will always correct the issue. It is also an easy way to troubleshoot a No Spark problem on most GY6 scooters before a stator has to be replaced. The wiring for the AC box and DC switch is set up so I can switch between the two power sources if I need to. A number of diagrams are available showing how to wire a style 6-inch trailer On the internet, you can find CDI boxes with pin rounded plugs.

Works on kawasaki klx140g but not on Harley Davidson XR140

There is no way this will work on the 2020 Kawasaki KLX 140G
The reason I bought this was because it was so cheap, thought I'd risk it since an OEM cdi costs $232. Sparks did not appear to be produced by this CDI.

It came out of the box dead. System requires a DC power supply to work. A refund is issued for the return. In the end, I ordered the orange Glixal product, which was perfect.

The software is ready to use I was able to do this. Now that Kart is running again, it should be fine. It is important to ensure you are using the DC version and not the AC version.
