There is a very good match between it and Yamaha Bear Tracker YFM250.
I bought this for my son's 99 bear tracker, and it fits perfectly
I found this carb part to fit my Yamaha Bear Tracker 2002 to be perfect. However, it is a little difficult As for whether anything changed in the next year's model to prevent the part from replacing the original equipment, I'm not sure.

I received the part quickly and it looks and fits just like the original on my 2000 Yamaha Bear Tracker. My original 19 year old part finally fell apart about 6 months ago, and I decided to buy a Yamaha original at a cost of about $50 for a replacement part. Since the original intake manifold lasted 19 years, I thought this would be the last intake I'd need for the rest of my life. You are wrong. It lasted six months when it was replaced with an OEM part. Having decided to buy the only one with mostly positive reviews on Amazon, I decided to buy another. Putting on the new part took less than ten minutes and the four-wheeler is now up and running like new. I will continue to update my review if I encounter further issues. I have updated I have had the manifold for a couple of months and it is still intact. The part is working fine now that we have reached the middle of September.
It also appears to be of high quality. As for the quality of the product, I was initially dubious due to reviews that said that it wasn't good enough. Despite my busy schedule, everything went smoothly for me. Having an ATV for farming purposes and using it every day for several hours a day, I can say that the product fits perfectly and functions as expected. It appears that the product is of good quality as well. I have been using it in our ATV for several months now and have not had any problems with it. I was having an issue with excess air coming into the ignition system on my ATV, so I installed it easily and it fixed the problem.
It was the ideal fit and put my boys 4wheeler back to work.
This attempt to get the cheap version of a bad design didn't last very long since the original design was a poor idea to begin with.
Buy this item at your own risk! The intake boot almost wiped out the engine after the kid mentioned that he had to rev the motor to keep it running. The boot split and he had to rev the engine for a while. Because of the extremely lean conditions, the engine was hot. You couldn't rely on it for a year, only use original parts.
The only thing to complain about is the weather! We needed it to do its job, so it did. The money is worth it.
