A single gasket is all that is needed. There are 7 mm of thickness to the sheet. **If you don't have the original, here it is There are 5 mm of thickness. Despite the fact that this may seem like a minor detail, it is of great consequence. In order for the pipe to seal properly with both the exhaust manifold as well as the cone pipe (on a 1998 seadoo gsx lt 951/947), it must also properly connect with the ends of both pipes. It is not possible to use the original tubes brackets that secured both pipes to the engine block if the gasket thickness has been changed.
