The shadowphantom 2012 installer was perfect for the shadowphantom 2012. The following is what I purchased Vance &amp Co. A steel staggered exhaust system for Short Snaps from Hines The color black is a combination of the following Item 48419 of the Black series.
This is what I installed for my 2014 Phantom, which is the same as my 2015 Phantom except for the color choice. These work well without any adjustment and you won't need anything else. Nonetheless, I would install new exhaust gaskets since the old ones are likely to You are always advised to replace them whenever you take your exhaust off.

It would have been even better if my 2018 Shadow Phantom roared instead of purred (The original pipes made it sound like a Crotch Rocket)
First of all, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The components were all present, and the items were not damaged. Packaging was excellent and the package arrived in perfect condition. All the basics are needed to get the job done and a little elbow grease won't hurt either. There is also a specific step for taking the old pipes in the instructions that I thought was very thoughtful of the Vance & Huffman crew A team of the Hines Group. There are not many motorcycle experts out there, so I cut the installation time down to an hour and 15 minutes. I really enjoyed the step-by-step instructions for installing the software. I was only surprised to find that I did not get two new gaskets in the package. As it turned out, I had ordered two in advance (Go figure, didn't need them)
Now, i was dumb enough to started the bike inside our A big BOOM! It was like a beast roaring out of a demon hole as it emerged from the inside. It was extreme to say the least! I've never heard a sound like that before! Despite our best efforts, the beast inside wouldn't let up for more than 50 minutes. I was complimented by a couple of old-school Harley bikers, and I got a big head. I will promise that you will be smiling nonstop as you ride your Shadow Phantom and the inner beast within will be summoned. If you own one, spend your $$ right and get these, I promise you'll love every moment.
Could you please tell me what you think? This gives the bike a whole new look, and they look absolutely BAD ASS. These pipes sound AMAZING, they really are loud pipes, you even get some popping sound when idling. Getting your dick moving is sure to be a whole lot of fun. installation goes, there are plenty of tutorials, but it shouldn't take you more than an hour. The instructions are very basic and easy to follow [I'm not a mechanic by any means] and I managed This is something you can do as well. * Important!
If you want to install a new exhaust pipe, you should get these two gaskets, they are about $5 each, I always buy mine from revzilla, but you must get these 2 gaskets, it's the proper way to do it.
They bolt straight on, and fit perfectly. I love how you look and sound! You can easily install this product if you follow the instructions. Yes, they are very A standard baffle comes with them. Originally, I thought I might also buy quiet baffles for them, but they would only reduce them by about 10 db from what I hear, so no point in buying them. There is a lot of noise, but it's not obscenely Whenever you purchase these, be sure you get some gaskets to replace the crush. There is no power supply included with these. At my local Honda dealer, I was able to get them for $5 each.
My 2012 Honda Shadow Phantom was able to use these. Since all phantoms until now have been pretty similar, they will fit any other phantom also. In the end, they were easy It took me about an hour and a half to do it It would be easier if there were two people involved, but they are not required. It's a huge change switching from chrome pipes to black, and I have to say that it looks much better on the bike. The chrome pipes have a black shield over them to protect them from the heat. That means that you will not receive Installing them and making sure the heat shields are put on correctly is some work, but it's actually not that hard. You just need to follow the instructions and make sure that you have the clamps pointed the right way (you'll understand, and you'll thank me). * After all of that I would like you to get outside and start your bike. Feel free to rev it up to your heart's content. The sound you are hearing if you have stock pipes is a mere whisper compared to what you will hear if you crank these babies up. I didn't take out the baffles, and they are much louder than I expected. With no baffles, I couldn't begin to imagine what they would sound like. If you don't want your car to be alarmed, you can get a silent baffle for these. It is true that setting off car alarms will set them off. I'd like to end with a couple of final words. To the bone, these pipes are a mess. Then you have to get them for your bike if you want it to look groovy and sound perfect.
m. At 30 AM. The noise level of my ears without the quiet baffles would be just below time when my ears would ring after 45 minutes of riding When there are baffles, it more or less just takes the extreme volume off acceleration, which is still loud and aggressive. You should also check out the crush gaskets, they're only $5 and you can be rest assured that your seal will last for years. That V & A are married is kind of surprising to me Unlike most of the other kits, H does not just include it. A minor gripe, but not enough to deprive a star of its status.
The appearance is nice, but they are very It measured at 105 db when measured on a Honda Shadow 750 (according to the state's methodology). In order to meet the state's inspection requirement, I replaced the baffles with the Cobra quiet baffles, which brought it down to around 96. When it is time to have it inspected next year, I am not sure what I will do. After about twenty minutes with the stock baffles, I found that my ears were ringing in addition to the inspection question With a full tank of gas, ride for 30 minutes Putting the helmet on my face. I find the noise bothers my ears for a while after an hour or two of riding, even when the baffles are in place. You can use these to wake up your neighbors or make your hearing loss worse if you need to get your hearing back faster. You might want to look into other pipes if you don't like this one.
As to the rest of the tv show, I've given it 4 stars for it's greatness. They are fantastic, sound amazing, look amazing, and it has nothing bad to say about it. Considering it's my first laptop, it's a little frustrating that my heat shield came in with a dent, but I'm sure it's the shipper's fault. Excellent product, except for a few minor defects.
Does not fit my 2012 shadow phantom if it doesn't fit otherwise (Amazon says it does not fit). It fits well, according to other reviews. It did not have a problem installing. You can find some install videos on YouTube. In a sense, it's the same thing. The bike doesn't sound very loud (without the silencer), like other bikes you hear on the street.
