Motorcycle Exhaust with Muffler Slip On Compatible with KAWASAKI Z125 Z125 PRO 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020

I noticed that this item has few reviews, so I decided to add my two cents. br>br>Overall, the quality of this exhaust is excellent. All of the welds appear to be in good condition, and the piping appears to be of good quality. It was simple to align the exhaust. After purchasing this exhaust, I can no longer justify spending upwards of $500 on other Z125 exhaust systems (such as the Yoshi, Zoom, and others), even though I have no doubts about their quality. This exhaust has no major flaws in my opinion. br>br>It has a deep tone down low (for a 125cc) and sounds good throughout the rev range. My two minor gripes are: br>br> br>br>Instructions aren't included. It took a little fiddling with the mounting brackets to get them to the point where I was happy with them. br>br>The "carbon fiber" muffler section appears to be easily scratched. During the installation, I scratched it a couple of times. Nothing major, but I suppose that's to be expected from a $100 exhaust. I would recommend this product because it is of excellent quality for the price.

  The lack of instructions isn't a deal breaker in this case. The positioning is fairly straightforward; however, the bracket that mounts just below the right peg was bent during shipping and did not reach at all. It would have been rubbing against the frame if I hadn't bent it a little more to get it out of the way. The bracket that supports the muffler behind the cover also didn't fit properly. To get it to fit properly, I had to make some adjustments. Overall, it appears to be excellent. Have a look at the video comparison. I'm not sure I like the way it looks.

Slight fade in really high RPM but well worth the money 100%. Without spending hundreds of dollars, this is without a doubt the best exhaust you can get. I would purchase this item again. br>I gave this a 4/5 for a couple of reasons. First, it's a great exhaust. Mine arrived quickly; I ordered it on Friday morning at 9 a. m. and it was here by 1 p. m. on Sunday. I had to put it on for an hour and a half. THIS EXHAUST IS VERY CHEAP. Your expectations can't be as high as Yoshi's. Yes, this is a knock-off yoshi, and there are no instructions included. You simply need to get it on loose and build it as you go, figuring out how to mount it. So far, no one has said it's perfect; everyone I've talked to or read a review about it has said it took some improvising to get it on, and I'm no exception. However, I was able to put it on and am very pleased with it. I used the bracket to keep the exhaust away from the bike (it was difficult to get on, but I got it on), and it worked perfectly. To keep the bike from moving, I jammed the other welded bracket into my foot peg. One bolt held the stock exhaust in place, and two bolts held the manifold in place. I only did two at the manifold, mounting them to the bracket that came with the kit. Later, I removed the baffle from the small Allen screw under the exhaust tip, which allowed me to remove the head; the baffle was secured with a Phillips head screw. My pipe was difficult to remove, so I used my drill and it came right out, and the baffle delete makes it sound very aggressive. My 2018 z125 gained an unknown amount of horse power with this pipe, and I can now ride up to 62 mph without difficulty. It had previously held a strong position at 56-percent. I recommend this over the expensive yoshi 100%,

I recommend Is, but I'll have to check it out again later. Alternatively, you could just get a slip-on name-brand muffler and keep the piping body. Welds were clean, and the installation was simple. Save your money and buy this instead. You won't scratch anything if you keep an eye on what you're doing while installing.

I can't believe how good this exhaust system is and how affordable it is! I almost paid three times as much for a Yoshimura system that looks and sounds almost identical! br>br>While there are no instructions included with this system, it is fairly simple to put together in about 20 minutes. Time limit: 30 minutes If you look up Yoshimura system installation videos, you'll notice that the process is very similar! br>br>The system has a detachable baffle, but even with it in place, it is VERY loud! BUY THIS EXHAUST IF YOU HAVE A Z125! br>br> You'll be glad you did it for both your bike and your wallet! I was able to buy a Chimera intake and a Bazzaz fuel controller with the $350 I saved by choosing this system over the "name brands"!.

However, the finish is excellent, the welds are excellent, and the sound is excellent! br>br>The mounting tab for the mid pipe, which is supposed to go between the peg bracket and the frame, is my only gripe. In addition, only one of the two springs that hold the muffler to the mid pipe fits properly. The other is in a state of flux. But, at this price, I'm willing to put up with the minor drawbacks! The exhaust sounds fantastic! br>br> The Db killer was used both with and without the Db killer. With the Db killer installed, it's only slightly louder than stock. With it out, it's really nice and deep. It's not even close to being too loud.

It sounds better than stock pipe once you figure out how to put it on. There are no instructions and a lot of parts I'm not sure what they're for. For about ten minutes, I sat and stared at parts. I didn't use any of the included bolts or screws. I took it for a spin and it appears to be in good working order. I couldn't use the strap because it was too short. It didn't belong in any of the places.

If you want it to fit properly, you'll have to put in some effort. To get the pipe to reach the foot peg mount, I had to bend it. br>br>One major gripe is the way the silencer attaches to the header. It is extremely loose fitting, with only one exhaust spring mount on the header, resulting in a massive exhaust leak that becomes very loud and raspy as it warms up and leaks more. I would give it five stars if it weren't for the design.
