Product Description

Made of medium carbon steel and hardened jaws, a clutch tool is an essential tool for motorcycle mechanics
Keep clutch hub, flywheel, gear, sprocket, and so on in your hands.
An 8mm wrench pin on the back of the clutch holding tool allows it to also be used to fix flywheels, sprockets, gears, and other parts.
Opens to a maximum width of 12 inches, adjustable jaws. Total length is 11". The height is 7" and the width is 7". Approximately 6 inches / 29. Approximately 5 cm
A square tooth clutch hub is recommended over V, semi-circular, and irregular clutch hubs, and clutch baskets that all have reverse internal clutch hubs, where the integrated clutch panel faces outward, are not suitable for this type of clutch.

The XJ 600 was equipped with this engine in 1997
5/5

The tool helped me diagnose issues with a 1997 Yamaha XJ 600 Seca I did not want to risk damaging the clutch basket so I used it to hold the clutch basket while Furthermore, this tool was used to tighten and tighten the clutch boss nut. I also tightened and torqued the primary drive gear nut and used it to hold the clutch basket while I torqued it. I needed it to do what I wanted it to do, and it did it.

The sentence needs to be modified
5/5

You might want to grind the lead angle of this tool to get a better bite depending on the size of the groove in your clutch basket. After a little grinding, the tool stayed in place while I torqued the nut 108 ft-lbs. It does not seem to be an opening width rating for me, so I am not sure what stretch rating it is for. There is plenty of room for opening the jaws.

When used with a grinder, it works perfectly
4/5

The teeth that hold the clutch basket are too thick to work well in most situations, as others have noted. In order to make the basket fit on my Tiger 800, I had to grind them down. As soon as I did that, it worked well. All you need to do is make it tight enough to fit in the place of the cord. The tool is not being used correctly if you need to squeeze the handles together with force. I was also able to use this on my old Royal Enfield.

There's no need to worry
5/5

You have all the information you need. There are a few probes that are too wide for any dirt bike under 85cc, but the probe It has been a pleasure working with.

This is what you need if you are disassembling your clutch! The outer clutch basket became damaged because I refused to buy it in order to be cheap
5/5

That would be a repair which would cost ten times as much. I highly recommend this book.

It was a great purchase
5/5

I had to trim it down in order for it to fit on a motorcycle clutch but it worked great. All in all, it was a success. In addition, it was a good price. Most companies will charge twice as much as that.

I used it for my 1978 RM250C clutch hub and it worked great
5/5

This is what I used on my 1978 RM 250C. There is no need to modify anything. With my right hand I held the clutch basket firmly and took off the clutch hub nut with no problem. As soon as I tried a chain style vise grip, it slipped under the pressure and even began digging into the clutch parts, so I had to give in and purchase the correct Those were the last words I said. I hope it works on my primary gear and nut and any other bikes I In total, the engine was torn apart. The downstroke).
