What is the outer jacket's and ferrule's outer diameters?

The housing has a 9mm outside diameter. The ferrule's stepped down nose has an OD of 8 millimeters. Because the housing and ferrule nose have the same OD, the housing and ferrule nose are effectively the same size.

Will there be enough cable for 16" bars with this amount of cable?

It was a perfect fit on my 2011 Road King Classic with 16" ape hangers.

I have nothing negative to say about the company that sold it because they have always been good business people. I am a mechanic, and I install all of the parts I purchase. I just don't care for parts that aren't well-made. When it comes to a motorcycle, this is especially true.

very well-made To avoid cable fraying, double-check your measurements and tape off the section before you cut. It also makes it easier to guide the cable into the eyelet by beveling it.
