I have a kit for you, it's a LA Choppers kit, and it'll set you back $339 without the ABS.

Will these fit on a 2007 Sportster 1200 Custom with the stock 4 inch risers and 16 inch apes?

No, I don't believe so; they're designed for the 2" risers found on most bikes, and I believe you'll need an 18" kit with those 4" risers.

Is this going to fit a Harley Davidson xl1200 nightster with 2in risers and 14in ape hangers?

I went with 12" bars and a 1" riser. It's possible that you'll have to splice the wires or come up with another solution. My space was limited.

Is this going to fit a 1999 Low Rider with 18" bars and a 2" riser?

No, this is for a 16-inch screen. You do not want them to reach their maximum capacity.

Quality appears to be good at a reasonable price

It makes the wires seem coordinated, so I would like the idea of solder/shrinking the wires while assembling to a factory plugs, if I are doing another in, I'll run the wires into the bars and slice a new section, and Sauter or shrink tube for extensions.

On my sportster, I chose 18-inch apes, which had no issues with length. I still had a lot of wire. I routed it internally, and none of the electrical connections are faulty. EVERYTHING IS LABELED, so installation was a breeze! It's impossible to make a mistake. Everything was included, and I didn't need to buy anything else to finish my project.

It's not easy running wires inside 16" Roland sands bars with 3 1/2" risers, but the kit comes with plenty of them

It wasn't easy running wires inside, but the kit came with plenty of length cables and wire extensions, and the product said it didn't match my bike, so I looked up the product number from jp cycles. All around, it was a perfect fit for me. I strongly suggest it.

It is of good quality and appears to be of good quality. The most difficult part is removing the wires from the stock connectors so that the extended wires can be added. I would buy it again and highly recommend it; instead of going somewhere to get the job done and spending all that money, you can do it yourself.
