Is this a suitable replacement for the front rotor on a C6 Z06?
These were supposed to be a "big brake" upgrade for my 99 C5, but they looked exactly like the 2007 C6 Z06 rotors I was replacing. Fast shipping on genuine GM rotors.
Is this true for both the front right and left?
Yes, there is no such thing as a left or a right.
Is this compatible with a 2007 C6 base model?
It will not fit the standard or Z51 brakes on the base model. It will, however, fit if the calipers are upgraded to ZO6 or GS calipers, and the wheels are offset to allow for clearance of the larger braking components.
Is the 118$ shipping to France for a single rotor or a pair of rotors?

Rotor is of OEM quality

For your Corvette, these are excellent OEM parts. I go through them quickly because I track my Z06 and the hard braking on the road course tracks wears them out quickly. However, they are reasonably priced and perform as well as much more expensive rotors used at the track. They'll last a lifetime in street use. like 40- With ease, 50K miles can be covered.

These rotors offer excellent value for money. I don't think $300 is a good investment. Rotors are priced at $00 each. They're HEAVY, so I doubt they're low-cost castings.
