Is the bolts and gasket included with this?

Yes, it comes with both, but I prefer to use black silicone in place of the gasket. Make sure the area is completely clean, and there should be no leaks.

Is this part compatible with my 2006 Ford F-150? 150 5. ?

Fords 8. I'm almost certain it'll work because the 8 rear axle is fairly universal. This also applies to the solid rear axle.

My 8-year-old, rusted Differential Cover was replaced with a rugged, cast aluminum replacement. Since I was replacing the Fluid, I figured I might as well replace the cover, which had rusted from the crap that the Connecticut Department of Transportation sprays on our roads, which also eats and corrodes metal on our vehicles. There's also a fill and drain plug to make things easier.
