This skid plate is bolted to an M6 bolt of excellent quality.

Is there a difference in outside diameter between the washers and the bolts?

The washers are the same as those in the factory. My new skid plate looks great thanks to them

How about the products for can I use them?

Is it possible to get them to work with Honda Pioneer?

There are a lot of similarities between them. There is definitely value in trying it for the price.

Cup washers are not deep enough to protect the head of the bolt and need to be replaced

I bought these because my SXS cup washers had damaged. My first thought was that the cupped portion of the lid was not deep enough to recess the bolt head. The bolt head is flush with the top, not below the surface of the cup, so the bolt doesn't have the protection it needs.

Bolts from this site are much cheaper than those from factories

It is a pretty close race. In the above photos, you'll see my 2015 Polaris rzr 900s with a new washer and bolt. In the top photo, you'll see the factory washer and bolt. If you take the time to thoroughly clean out the bolt holes on the skid plate, your bolts will go in very nice and without any.

I purchased these for my 2009 Arctic Cat RZR 800S with no problems. Compared to OEM, this is a lot cheaper. Good product. I would buy it.

The metric system is used, not the SAE system

It is the buyer's responsibility to check There are not SAE units here!
These are Metric! I thought the sizes were so close I wouldn't be able to discern a difference until the strips were stripped from the shirt. might not be able to return the product since I already had the RZR on jack stands mounting a skid plate, and I don't have time to handle the return process. The only washers available to me were those that turned out to be overpriced.

Be careful with your money and don't waste it This is junk. Those who stripped the first one couldn't perceive what they were doing. Both of the packs I bought were on sale. They cleared the snow past the time when they were supposed to return and had to wait to install the device.
