They were purchased as a side shield. Heavy-duty construction. It was a little difficult to line up and expand the expansion bolts, but I managed to do it. The company had to send me a replacement bolt. They sent it out immediately and at no cost to me. Excellent customer service, as well as quick shipping on the original item. Look forward to the additional security.

It's simple to put together and looks great on my car.
In 4 or 5 months, rust began to appear beneath the powder coat, despite the fact that it had never been wet or scratched. When I contacted an Allied representative, he informed me that the warranty was only valid for 90 days. Now I have to either spend another $200 to recoat them or toss them out.
