Is this going to work for the 2013 version of Vegas 8 Ball?

This should work in the 2013 Vegas because it has a 100cu engine.

Is this going to work for victory octane in 2017? Is there anything else I can use in addition to this?

Use the Indian Scout oil change kit in conjunction with the full synthetic 15-quart oil. 60w oil; 2880191 is an Amazon item. The Octane engine is a liquid-cooled motor, as opposed to the freedom 106 engines. The Octane was simply rebadged as a Scout when Polaris purchased the Indian name. The engines are the same, but the styling is different.

If you're not a mechanic and just want to change your oil without hearing about how THEIR oil and filter are the best and everyone else is an idiot, this is the product for you. Don't pay attention to the nonsense. alls and just use the Victory kit to ensure you have everything you need in one box for your bike. I've been using this kit since my first oil change, and my bike has never run better.

The item arrived in perfect condition. It came with new gaskets for the drain plug and dip stick, as well as the right amount of oil for my bike. The filter was an exact factory replacement. In my opinion, for oil changes, this is the way to go.

For a 106, there isn't enough oil

For a 106, I didn't have enough oil. The filter, on the other hand, was excellent. Based on the reviews, it appears that some of the boxes are missing something. It was somewhere between a half and a full quart of oil for me. Due to slow covid shopping, I now have to wait another painfully long week and a half. Oh, the problems of the first world.

It's easy to use and comes with everything you'll need to change the oil on almost any vic bike - So don't be concerned if you have two extra washers; they're for a different bike model; just use what you need and you'll be fine.

Much less expensive than buying from a dealership, and it includes everything you need

The product is identical to that offered by the dealership, but it is $20 less. There are four in total. 5 quarts semi-sweetened condensed milk q crush washer for oil drain plug, synthetic oil, and oil filter For certain Victory models, it also includes a gasket and another crush washer, but if you have a Cross-Over, it does not. You won't use them in your country. Until they stop making it altogether, this will be the only place I order this oil kit.

For a Victory 106ci motor, this is exactly what you'll need

Over the years, I have purchased a number of these kits. I have a Victory Gunner from 2016, and this is exactly what I'm looking for. Is it a bit on the pricey side? Sure, maybe a smidgeon. It does, however, come with just the right amount of oil, a new filter, and all of the other parts you'll need to change the oil in your 106 ci motor perfectly. It's also delivered to your door in a well-protected container. I'll keep buying these for my motorcycle as long as they're still available.
