As compared to my brother's Koplin plow, which he spent twice as much money on. Each piece of steel has the same precise thickness. The weights are the same. The same stampings can be found on the plow blade as well. There is no difference between the koplin and any of its welds. Despite its light weight, this blade feels heavy duty.
