I was able to fit my XL full face helmet in the helmet carrier, with all the straps adjusting as well, and I'm pretty sure that it will hold any size helmet, or whatever else you need. As an option, there are side packs that can be added to the sides of the main pack. The side straps allow you to adjust the size of the pack based on the contents, so if it is lightly loaded with work items, I can make it quite compact, or if I am going on a trip and need to load it down, I can While the material is technically waterproof, the zippers and outer nylon adjusting straps will absorb water, so it could be troublesome if you get stuck in the rain for a lengthy period. I feel that everything is of excellent quality. Using it as a motorcycle backpack for daily commutes was my goal in purchasing it. Honestly, this thing might be a bit overkill for someone who uses a bag every day. I can't count how many straps or buckles there are on this bag. When I first opened it, I found it to be quite overwhelming. There are 14 buckles on this belt! It's still there. The quality of the product is excellent. A removable waist belt has been discovered at the bottom of the waistband. The convenience of using it every day makes it a perfect bag for everyday use. It only serves to transfer weight from your shoulders to your waist. Though I haven't tried the bag yet, I was a little disappointed in its size. I would expect it to hold 3 to 4 liters. Despite having 4 books unloaded, you are probably not going to be able to run a laptop on all of that. This bag is super thin and seems like it would fit perfectly on the back of my bike, but I have yet to use it. As soon as I soaked the sink in it for ten minutes, I doubled up on the waterproofing by spraying more of it on. Pros Since this is now my daily backpack for college, I am finding this to fit better than I expected. The bag can fit about two textsbooks and a binder with a few smaller notes. There is enough room for a laptop or a book in the front pocket and it will be tight, but you can do it. This bag has a neat pencil/pen holder built into the front where I attach my military patch so it's easy to recognize it as mine. Easily strapped to a bike via the built-in straps and does not feel bad so it should be fine even when loaded down. • Weaknesses There is no shortage of straps so be sure to secure the ones on your bike or you'll be The helmet sticks out for a very long time while in the holder, so you have to keep an eye out where you walk. The backpack is large and has many compartments. The bag has plenty of room for my work boots and other work-related items. It can comfortably fit a spine protection vest or mesh Moto jacket, a small lunch bag, and a work helmet or motorcycle It seems to be very well made, so far I am very happy with my purchase.
