In the picture, it is evident that the LED lights are attached with a 22 (or maybe a 24) gauge wire. It shouldn't matter how far you are from a power source if you are not running too far from it. An 18 gauge wire should be used for the horn, because it needs more current. It is also better to use stranded wires rather than solid ones because they are able to bend more and carry more current by inches. The bigger the gauge (20 is better than 22), the more current it can carry. Several sizes bigger is fine - just one or two sizes larger. However, an 18 gauge connected to a 22 gauge will eventually break because of its weight.
There are two lights on each side of the switch. They are about 3/4 inch in diameter

LEDs are used in these lights, so they are completely sealed and do not use bulbs. If you need to replace the whole light assembly, you will have to do so. *br> You can also find individual lights, such as. You can buy Amazon products in either red, yellow, or white. It is rare for LEDs to burn out, however. Do you know if reversing the wiring will work?

The kit took a lot of time to troubleshoot. It would appear that the LEDs would glow very faintly, but they wouldn't illuminate. On occasion, one of the LEDs would go full brightness for a brief moment when the relay clicked. It would not illuminate unless the LED was connected directly to 12V. I thought the grounds were faulty, but when connected directly to 12V, it lit up just fine. We went to the auto parts store and got another 12V low-tension power supply Suddenly everything worked well. A digital relay made for LEDs powered everything.

Drilling out blanks in the rear taillight housing allowed me to mount the rear lights, while drilling out the grill to mount the front lights. While all of the led lights I received were functional, I discovered halfway through installation that a few of them were wired backward. The lights on my walls weren't working for an hour so I spent some time trying to figure out what was wrong. As for the toggle switch, it's junk, but I bought a universal blinker and horn switch, so I don't intend to use it anyway. Once the leds are wired correctly, and once the relay and horn are in working order, they are bright. I am not sure if I would buy them again, but they did work for me.
A 2019 Polaris XP 900 had horn and turn signals removed. This kit was bought to replace them. A great feature was that it has lights for the sides as well as the front and rear. A larger LED size was also a plus over the rest of the kits I saw. Despite that, there is one problem the red LEDs for the rear turn signals are too large to fit into any of the flat areas either.
An excellent product with a high degree of brightness. Taking a while to install, but it might be due to my lack of experience as.
It fits my RZR 900 trail perfectly, is easy to install and works well.
It all works great and I am having it installed on mom and dad's golf cart. The package arrived on time and was exactly what I had ordered.
It was a good kit and the directions were clear. I would much rather have this kit than the previous 7 kits I purchased for other machines because it has more light. Additionally, white lights and tiny LED lights are mounted under dash to accent the design. At a great price, this is a fantastic kit.
This is garbage. If the lights don't light up it may be that the meter doesn't work or you aren't good at the job.
