A full charge was given to my tow light. I am very satisfied with the purchase. It was also an honor to work with this company. I somehow lost the product in the mail (which sometimes does happen) and they refunded me as soon as possible! In the meantime, I reached out to them to pay for the tow cord that was delivered. You don't have to worry about it! That was such a kind gesture! The company has a lot to offer and I'm eager to order more!.
I love how this product works and how cheap it is.
I have not found a solution that works as designed. It back feeds and discharges the tow light so you must unplug it when you shut off your truck.
It's a fine product, but it's much more expensive than it should be.
Do not leave it hooked up to your tow lights then your truck off after turning it off. As I returned to my cab, it was full of smoke and had the following plug.
It works perfectly.
