In the hot weather of Texas, I drive a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with leather bucket seats. It takes me an hour to get to work each way. Summers in Texas are scorching, and I can feel the heat and sweat building up on my back in traffic, which irritates me. br>br>These work to a degree, but they can still get hot after 30-minutes. 45 minutes later, I'm starting to feel a little claustrophobic It's a plus if there's less sweat buildup. Although it does not completely resolve the problem, it does help to mitigate it. I suppose that something is preferable to nothing. br>br>I don't like how my pants get caught in the edge of the seat when I get in the car. Then, when I get behind the wheel, I notice a folded-up piece of material beneath me, which I must adjust. It irritates me. This problem can be avoided by using an elastic lip. I'd give it four stars if that's the case. br>br>If the price point were lower, I would give this item 4 stars as well. I expected to be able to get rid of my hot back problem for forty-five dollars.
I'm a big fan of these. I was having trouble finding covers that didn't cover the entire seat and didn't appear or feel cheaply made. Viola! The covers for my new Crosstrek leather seats turned out to be excellent. The fit isn't great, but I believe that's because my seats are on the small side, and the color is a nice gray shade. not ashy. They're soft and don't irritate my skin, and they keep my legs from getting leather burns. They hide the edges and the crack between the seats, which I call the Bermuda Triangle of the car seat (dirt, cheetos, and coins, anyone?). I should order a second pair in case the first pair gets damaged or the style is discontinued.

Cons: On hot days, I haven't noticed much of a "cooling" effect. Yes, this is a lot more comfortable than plain leather. However, don't expect to feel as if you're wearing a true cooling gel. As a result, the four-star rating vs. the three-star rating is justified.
I couldn't stop thinking about it. When I first saw the seat covers in the package, I didn't think they were very nice. I kept wondering where the bottom strap was and how these were going to stay in place. However, once they were in place, I realized that my initial impression was incorrect. My wife and I are still very pleased with them after six months. They're simple to install, look great, and don't slide around when getting in and out of the car. They still look as good as they did when they arrived in Las Vegas six months ago. I'd recommend these to a friend, and I'll definitely buy more if I need them.

I wasn't looking for a seat cover, but rather a seat protector. These are simple to install, comfortable to wear, stay in place on my cloth seats, and keep them stain-free. They come with a storage bag, but I prefer to keep these covers on all of the time to keep my seat clean. The fabric is pleasant to the touch, and the color complements my tan seats nicely. I strongly advise you to purchase them.
I was concerned about how well these would work after returning a seat cover I bought for my truck to Amazon because it did not fit. My problem was that my seats were "captain" style, with the seat belt built into the backrest, making them extra bulky and too big for most full seat covers, not to mention the issue of covering the seat belt; however, with their open back and side design, these were the ideal solution to both problems. Because they only drape down the front of the seats, the bulk of the seats is rendered obsolete. It also leaves the seat belt exposed and accessible while nearly completely covering the rest of the backrest. With maybe a 1/4 in. of coverage, the seat portion also looks good. on both sides are exposed The extra cushion is a nice touch, but only time will tell how well they hold up over time. I even went out of my way to get them to move - There is zero movement. br>The padding is adequate. They make my seats a little more comfortable. It wasn't particularly comfortable, but it was adequate. It would be nice if the padding was a little thicker. It is well-made. Light. The addition of head rest cushions is a nice touch. br>It doesn't get in the way of the seat heater. I simply leave it on for a few minutes longer. br>I give it four stars because I believe they could be a little thicker, providing a little more comfort without changing the seat position or geometry. In the end, I spent 20 years in Arizona. These would be a strong contender for protecting your seats and keeping your "seat" away from the hot upholstery. I'm afraid I can't comment on how well they work with the seat air conditioning. It's too cold to put it to the test right now.
