Cluster for a 2006 Ford F250
5/5

For the time being, I'm giving these a five. This is a fantastic upgrade from the stock model. These lights are compatible with my 2006 Ford F250. The lamp holders don't, but that's okay because the originals work fine, and the leds fit the heater control as well.

It's perfect, with even light and a lot of brightness
5/5

Much brighter than the factory-installed bulbs on Chrysler vehicles. They are slightly blueish in color. Despite the fact that new holders are provided, the led bulbs fit in the OEM holders. The light is evenly dispersed, just like OEM. The only thing you need to keep an eye on is when you put them in. It's a 50/50 shot that you'll get it right. Remove the bulb and rotate it 180 degrees if it still does not light up. As a result, double-check it before reassembling everything.

Dash indicators can be replaced with this
5/5

I'm working on restoring a Honda VF750F Interceptor that was manufactured in 1983. This motorcycle was only made in small numbers for two years, but it forever changed the way sport bikes were made. In a nutshell, it's a significant milestone in the history of motorcycles. The bulbs in the instrument panel, on the other hand, were most likely the original T5 12v 3w wedge-shaped bulbs. Base bulbs that used to produce 9 lumens. They were quite dim at the age of 37. It was difficult to ride at night because of my failing eyesight. br>br>I couldn't risk damaging the dash panel with hot LEDs because parts were hard to come by. I didn't need anything that was too bright, either. Because of their low light output (100 lumens), I chose these bulbs. They fit snugly in the T5 base and were installed without the twist connectors that came with the kit. My panel glows brightly at night and is easy to read, but not so brightly that it blinds drivers on dark country roads. They ARE polarity sensitive, as other reviewers have pointed out, so you've got a 50/50 chance. It's a 50/50 chance of correctly installing them. My chances were apparently much worse, because simply removing them from the socket and rotating them 180 degrees to reverse the connection lit every single one of the ones I had installed incorrectly. We're going to ride now to see how they hold up.

Fits a 2007 Ram better than the factory (if white is used)
4/5

The white LEDs for my 2007 Ram were ordered and installed. The sockets fit well, but they lack the same amount of lip as the factory sockets, resulting in minor gaps at the twist lock cutouts, which could allow dust into the cluster. After the installation, use electrical tape to cover the bulb locations. The bulbs must be installed first, then the cluster must be plugged in and turned on to ensure each light is in the correct position, as stated in the product description. Those that aren't must be removed and reinstalled at an angle of 180 degrees to their original position. After that, you can reassemble the dash. They are extremely bright. br>br> The lowest dimmer setting is nearly as bright as the factory high setting. br>br>Overall, I'm very happy with the increased visibility and new look. The fact that the sockets are separate from the bulbs is a great feature because it allows you to change the color of the bulbs in the future without having to buy new sockets.

It's possible that polarity is a problem
3/5

If the bulbs don't light, the product information says to turn them around, but not all of the sockets in your instrumentation cluster light up when you turn the key. To check if the bulb is installed correctly, you must also turn on the power to the cluster (and connect the cables). With these bulbs installed, the airbag alarm on my truck was tripped because the warning light wouldn't send the correct signal. After figuring out where the high-intensity discharge bulb was, I had to replace one of the old incandescent bulbs. Where did the high-pitched tones under my dash come from?.

Why just replace a burned-out bulb when you can UPGRADE! Looks fantastic
5/5

The cost of 103 bulbs is $6. 99 per pair, and replacing a pair that is burned out costs the same as a kit that will replace your entire instrument cluster, and if you have to remove the cluster to change two bulbs, you might as well replace them all because once one goes out in a car, the rest usually follow over the next few months. br>This provides an opportunity for an upgrade and improvement; additionally, LEDS come in a variety of colors, allowing you to go all Xhibit and Pimp Yo' ride! Of course, you could just do it as an upgrade; it's simple enough! br>I went with Blue because it matched the lighting on my stereo deck (hey, we all have our reasons), and I was not disappointed. Although, because I am not a photographer, my photos may not do it justice. br>Picture 1: An old greenishe factory. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>original factory dash Picture 2 original factory dash Although my photos do not do it justice. br>br>*While I was at it, I also installed a white instrument overlay and painted the instrument needles fluorescent in the third picture. I mean, I was already working on it, and it was just a few more steps. This is unrelated to this product
br>Best of all, unless you keep the vehicle for 20 years or more, you're unlikely to need to replace the LEDS again. ***I am not a mechanic, and this is not mechanic advice; it is simply how I went about it. Follow at your own risk; results may vary; I am not responsible for your decisions. **
br>You'll need a phillips head screwdriver, a needle nose plier, and a sharpie to work on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. br>How to do this is also demonstrated in YouTube videos. br>First, we'll take a look at how to get started. Step 2: Remove the plastic cover that surrounds the steering column and the cluster by hand. br> Remove the four screws that hold the cluster in place, two on the bottom and two on the top. br>Step 3: Organize your information. Step 5: Remove old bulb clips and bulbs with a needle nose turn half-turn (I recommend cleaning the contacts with alcohol and a Qtip)br>Step 5: Unplug the power cord. br>Step 5: Reassemble the cluster by placing LED bulbs in the clips. When everything is finished, move on to step 6: Connect the power and turn on the lights; any that don't work, make an X on the back with a sharpie. Relax, this isn't that bad. br>Step 7. Remove any unlit bulbs from the clip socket and rotate them 180 degrees; the LEDs are polarity sensitive, so this will fix any that didn't light. Even though it's a little frustrating, you've had worse results and this is still manageable. br>Step 8: Make a list of all the things you want to do with your life. If all of the lights are lit, plug it in again. br>Step 9: Make a list of all the things you want to do with your life. Replace the plastic cover surround between the steering column and the cluster by reinstalling the cluster, screwing it back in place.

🤩
5/5

Everything is much cleaner as a result of this! Before you give up, try flipping the bulbs around and fiddling with the sockets (twist them slowly and flip them as well). They weren't an exact replacement for my WJ, so I had to fiddle with them until they lit up.
