The awning is a complete waste of time and money. Do not waste your time or money on it! When I contacted the manufacturer, I found out that they don't sell replacement parts as it broke the very first time I used it. Nothing of value at all! Buying this junk is a waste of money!

Can you tell me how long it takes to set it up and take it ?

There's no point in wasting your time and money on it! When I used it for the first time, it broke. According to the manufacturer, we do not have any replacement parts! The whole thing was a waste of money and time. It's a total waste of money to buy this awning!

I need awning brackets for my front runner. Where can I find them?

Once it's anchored down, it's pretty steady! When I use it as a booth set up at shows, I put it on my cargo trailer. After taking it off, I wore it for a week in a 12 mile hour wind and it didn't move! Secondly, the instructions are horrible and the brackets that came with the kit are only for one application. As I installed it directly to my trailer wall, I had to come up with an alternate way to install the brackets. In addition, I am also working on the conversion, so it will be a great addition to enjoy while camping! I am very impressed with the value for.

The awning is very good value for the price. My problem lies in the bolts that connect the outer portion of the awning to the outer portion of the awning, the bolts that connect it to the bolts on the inner part of the bolts. In any case, it was stupid to use cheap plastic to connect the bot with the top awning pole. While I was putting it away, a gust of wind blew it and it snapped. By replacing the PCV caps, I was able to fix the problem. For the bolt, I found the correct diameter first, then I drilled a hole big enough to allow the bolt to fit through, then I put a nut on the inside and one on the outside to secure it. I am able to use it now with no problems. If the metal on the poles were thicker, it would be ideal.

Customer service needs to do a better job of standing behind their The product is great for the price, but customer service is horrible and they don't stand behind it when I set it up for the second time and it broke at the cross beam

I just got it and installed it on my 5 Here at the beach, we are hoping to get two or three seasons out of it.
I prefer that the zipper for the bag be on top, and the secure straps for the bag be able to be tightened by pulling them. We will follow up with some pictures a bit later.
