What is the size of the champion winch and does it fit?

The winch you sell is not the one I have However, if you have two bolt holes that are within the same width range, then the plate should still be compatible. In the process of switching from steel cable to nylon cable, I used mine and it worked well.

Would you please let me know what size the mouth is, is it 5/8 or 7/8. ?

It may be 5/8, I think

Do you think this works with Polaris sportsman 570 3500 winches?

The answer is yes. My 570 Sportsman was equipped with a 2500 winch, so I used it there

Do you have this in stock for a 2016 Yamaha Kodiak ?

You should definitely do so. This Kodiak frame matches mine perfectly for 2020, and it was exactly the right size for me. Basically, if your quad mount holes are at about five inches apart, it will work. If not, you can measure the distance between the mount holes.

The roller spindle on an ATV wrench needs to be replaced

During the installation of my ATV (2012 Can Am 500 XL), a metal cable was replaced with a synthetic rope and this item was installed as the roller spindle. Installation of this item went smoothly. It will work fine with the synthetic rope installed a short time later. This is a product I would buy.

The cuts were perfectly blended in, there were no burrs, and the painted finish was nice. Despite the holes being exactly on the money to make mounting easy, the counter bore left plenty of room for 3/8 SS Allen head screws.

My cable used to break three or more times every winter when I used the original roller device. The plow that I have been using has this and rope, and I have plowed a dozen times so far without any issues.

As it is a champion 2500 pound wench I had to drill some more holes
I had to replace the firleads on my Yamaha with this one since they are wider than those.

The machined parts are not good

There is a flat area in the middle of the opening that is not completely rounded. On the rounded part is an edge, and on the flat part is one that In order to round, smooth, and polish the opening myself, I had to round, smooth, and polish it.
