The case is terrible; it was brand new and had a crack when I took it out of the box. To keep it closed, the shipper used packing tape.

Jack is a good guy

The situation is a disaster. This particular jack appealed to me because it came with a carrying case. It was critical for me to keep all three parts (there are three) together and organized. I purchased this jack for my OP Lite camper and want to keep everything in order. I returned the first jack because the case was visibly cracked on the outside, so I ordered another. The second jack arrived, and while the outside of the case appeared to be in good condition, the interior was cracked and broken in several places. I'll keep the jack because it works well. To keep the jack and handles organized, I purchased a tool bag. If you're going to advertise that your product comes with a case, make sure it works.

Hydraulic fluid leaked everywhere the first time it was used

Make a financial plan. I bought two, and the first time I tried to use one, it leaked fluid all over the place. I would not suggest it.

A pool of hydrolic liquid dripped from the case when the pos arrived. Remove yourself from the situation. It's of poor quality and completely useless!.

A carry case isn't all it's cracked up to be

I like the jack because it works well and is a nice color, but I bought it for my RV because it comes with a case. br>Due to the thin material, the case does not stand straight as shown in the photo and has already cracked.

It is extremely inconvenient

The handle does not connect properly to the Jack and falls off while in use. I wouldn't mind if the handle worked properly, but as it stands, it's a pain to use. So far, I haven't been able to come up with a better name. Also, good luck lowering the valve using the handle that opened it. The case, on the other hand, is appealing to me.
