I have no idea. br>Reese has a long history.br>It's critical that the pin isn't too long, which is why I purchased it. Wal- Mart's sleeve was too short for him. br>As a retired aerospace engineer, I have faith in Reese.
The diameter of the pin is 5/8". The 3- The pin can be used up to 1/2" in length. The distance between the pin's end and the clip's hole is measured in inches.
Purchase a pin that matches the diameter of the receiver hole. Choose a pin with a larger diameter rather than a smaller one. Pins are available in a variety of lengths. br>Purchase one with just enough length to accommodate the pin. I'm assuming that the strength of the pin is determined by the diameter of the hole in the receiver, so choose one that barely fits. I hope you found my advice useful.

This will fit perfectly in a 3" receiver from a '22 F350. I needed something to fall back on in case something went wrong. This is the ideal up pin for my new Ford.
Pin is well-made and durable. It does exactly what it says it will.
With the 2m1/2" receiver, it works as it should.
Simply put, it accomplishes its goal.
My B is kept. I didn't want a locking pin because they can seize up in cold climates, so I went with a W ball mount that easily attached to the receiver on my RAM 2500 pickup. This is easy to slide in and out of.
This is a sturdy and well-made product; the only question I have is how long it will last. So far, it has performed admirably.
For my truck hitch, it worked perfectly. It's that simple.
The trailer hitch is securely attached to the receiver on my truck thanks to this super strong hitch pin. The knowledge that my horses are riding safely gives me peace of mind.
