Innovative and user-friendly, this heater is perfect for any room in your house. Despite its clean appearance, it still manages to impress me. I received a defective one, however, as the scale did not function. Returning it for a refund was easy for me. I was not helped or treated well by customer service when I contacted them. Even though I ordered a new one, I still use it because that is the only hitch that has a scale attached to it. In light of my experience with loading my trailer and my trailer hitch, I may want to consider a different brand of hitch next time. Having reviewed the product previously, I decided to buy it again because I've been really pleased with it. The keys are worthless all of the keys open whatever is locked. Anyone with a pair of keys can find anything that is locked. I believe my old keys were taken from my car since I tested my old keys with the new ones do not trust the keys to the remote, keep it off your vehicle and away from the keys when you are My next issue was poor customer service. I ordered the wrong size for my car and contacted the seller "LEAP INNOVATIONS" since the store was conveniently located right next door, so I thought I could just return the product and exchange it for one that They told me this was fine, so I go over and everything is going well until the lady starts talking about her girlfriends and their friends and whatever else dumb stuff girls talk about at the grocery store while I wait for the product I need so I can leave and do whatever I need to do. The personal time of the individual is completely unrespected. ****I finally get a call back and she says the item is damaged so they will not be able to refund the difference of $20-$25. When I saw $30, I asked myself, "what damage has been done?"? Yesterday, I got this item in the mail" and demand they show me the damage, or I can just get the item back from Amazon and they'll lose out on shipping costs.

In order to upgrade my 2018 F350 2, I had to purchase a new one. The 5" receiver was upgraded to a heavy-duty Curt model that could handle the increased tongue weight (this hitch has a 2200 lb limit, the stock receiver only has a 1500 lb limit, and the new Curt requires 2700 lbs). To match the heavier receivers, I would like to see the hitch limit increased to 2700 lbs. To avoid this, I am considering getting a Bulletproof trailer As a result of testing this hitch myself, I can confirm that Weigh Safe was perfect for my mission, as I was hauling a 14000GVWR enclosed cargo trailer and I used the scale to keep my load honest. This is a top-notch product in every way. A product that deserves a star.
